Overview
The Synerion AI Chatbot, called SAI, is now available in the Synerion Agile system.
The goal of SAI is to help the user in their day-to-day functions in Synerion Agile. Currently, SAI can answer questions and provide step-by-step instructions on how to perform certain tasks in the system. SAI will also link to the relevant help article on the Synerion Agile Help site.
SAI will be continuously updated to include more information, in order to answer more questions. In the future, SAI will be able to return information on a specific employee, make changes in an employee’s profile, provide information on an employee’s accrual balances, and more. New functionality will be announced when it is available – stay tuned!
How to Use SAI
SAI can be opened using the chat icon located by default in the lower right of the screen. The icon can be dragged to another location of the screen by the user as needed.
Like most software, the top right of the SAI windows has three icons. From left to right, they are:
Minimize icon
This button minimizes the SAI window while maintaining the SAI history. Use this button to close the SAI window but maintain the session chat history within it.
Maximize icon
The diagonal arrows allow you to maximize the SAI window. Use this if you need to make the SAI window bigger to display more information
Close icon
The right-most X icon will close the SAI window and delete any history within the window. Use this button to clear all the questions and answers from the session.
Asking SAI a question
To ask SAI a question, type the question into the text box at the bottom of the SAI window. Try to be as clear and specific as possible in order to return the best results.
When SAI responds, three icons will appear below the response.
Copy icon
The copy icon will allow the user to copy SAI’s response to the clipboard, so it can be pasted into a document or elsewhere.
Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down icons
Use these icons to rate the quality of SAI’s responses to the question asked. If the response was relevant, click the thumbs up. If the response left a little to be desired, click the thumbs down. That way, we can continually work to improve the quality of responses generated by SAI.
What does SAI know about you
SAI knows your user role, your tenant id, and your language. SAI should respond in your language according to your user preference. Over time the chatbot will make better use of your role and give you answers according to your role.
