This feature enables MSS user to add the time category department filtering. User can assign the time categories to single or multiple departments at the same time.
Required Permission: FeatureDepartment TC Filtering
Assign Time Categories to Single Department
To assign a time categories to a single department,
- Click on Admin menu on left-side dashboard
- Click on Configuration Page
- Click on Dept. Work Rules Filtering menu
- Select the Department name
- Select the checkboxes for the time categories you want to add
- Click on “Save Changes”
- Click on “Save” appearing on the confirmation dialog
- It will show the success toast message and department name will appear in bold and show the assigned time categories under Time Categories grid.
NOTE:
- Departments having no added time categories filtering will appear in normal text. Whereas departments having added time categories filtering will appear in bold style.
- Toggle “Show Assigned Only” will remains disabled for the departments with no assigned time category filtering.
- User can sort the Time category Name column.
Assign Time Categories Filtering to Multiple Departments
To assign a time categories to multiple departments,
- Click on Admin menu on left-side dashboard
- Click on Configuration Page
- Click on Department Time Category Filtering menu
- Click on “Assign Departments”
- Select the departments user wants to assign time categories by selecting the checkboxes
- Now, select the checkboxes to add time categories filtering to selected department
- Click on “Save Changes”
- Click on “Save” appearing on confirmation dialog
- It will show the success toast message and refreshes the department list and show the department names in bold.
NOTE: When user adds new time category filtering to an department having an existing filtering, it will retain the existing time categories and add the new ones to an existing department filtering.
