ESS timesheet user can view current week/pay period’s timesheet summary along with timesheet status on timesheet Home page. User can view the current week’s totals and Pay Period by clicking on the labels – “Weekly Totals” or “Pay Period.” By-default, Weekly Totals is selected.
On the Home page summary section, user can view
- Total hours for the current week
- Current week date range
- Timesheet status of current week (Open, Completed, Approved, or Rejected)
- Durations grouped by categories
- Expenses total for the current week
- Amount of expenses grouped by categories
- If user selects pay period, it will show the total for the current pay period
NOTE: Expenses option will appear only if user has WTS Input Expense permission.
