User Manager
This enables to make changes to the user’s accounts like updating their password, active/inactive, user name, language, email, phone etc. and set the global preferences.
User Management tab
Under this tab, Admin can select the users and update their account information such as user name, password, status- active/inactive, role etc.

NOTES:
System does not provide an ability to delete the users. However, user can mark them inactive.
Unlike Legacy, Bolt selects the Supervisor and Admin in the user drop down by-default instead of All.
New fields- Tooltip and Description are added in the Bolt.
Since Admin user has the visibility to all the departments by default, instead of showing the department tress structure, Bolt shows the info banner “Administrator can see all the departments.”
Inactive Users
Once the user account is marked as inactive, it will no longer appear in the users list on the right side. However, user can view all the inactive user accounts by enabling the toggle “Show inactive users”. Inactive user accounts will appear in the grey disabled state.

Global Preferences
Global preferences is the new tab on the BOLT. User can update the preferences in different preferences in the system. When the user makes changes to any of the entity, it will prompt a confirmation asking if the user wants to change the default system preference or to override the preference for all users.
user can either make the changes to new users by leaving the checkbox unchecked. or can override to change an existing one by selecting it.
