Change Password
The Change Password screen will allow a user to change their own system password.
To change the password, the current password must be entered, then the new password must be entered and confirmed.
By default, password complexity is enforced – the password must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and be at least 8 characters long.
Notifications
The Notifications windows will allow a user to select the types of notifications they will receive, as well as where the notification will be sent (email or SMS/text message).
If an email address and/or a phone number is present in the Preferences screen, the user will be able to toggle on/off the sending of notifications to their email address or phone via SMS or edit this information by using the pencil icon. If there is no email address or phone number present in the Preferences screen, these toggles will be disabled, however the user will be able to add this information by hovering their mouse over the exception icon
The different notification types can be checked or unchecked based on what kind of notifications the user would like to receive.
A user can also receive a calendar invite for any approved absence requests if they are an absence request approver, or are configured to receive absence notifications. This can be enabled or disabled using the Absence Calendar Invites toggle.
