Scheduling Enhancements

  • Shows employee coverage by home or scheduled departments (e.g. stores)
  • Available in the main menu as Schedule Coverage. Also accessible from Employee Schedules Coverage
  • Displays a summary task for each department (store) to show the scheduled hours and employee count to determine coverage
  • Supports drag’n drop to tweak the schedules
  • Double-click the schedule bar to edit in the familiar shifts view. Click the + icon to add a new schedule
  • Supports Day (hourly breakdown) and Week (daily breakdown)
  • Color coded by department to visually group the data
  • Can be exported to PDF
