Synerion Agile Bolt 1.7 – Key Features

Admin Pages

Express Implementation Portal – The Express Implementation Portal has been redesigned with the new Bolt UI and has been updated with some new features and improved workflow. See below for a list of changes from Agile Classic.

Department Notifications – The Department Notifications page has been updated for Bolt with a new look and feel, as well as some usability improvements.

Punch Errors – The Punch Errors page has been updated for Bolt with a new look and feel.

Employee Profile Page

Premiums and Emergency Contacts tabs – Two new tabs have been added to the Employee Profile page where you can track an employee’s Emergency Contacts, and add employee specific premiums.

Costing Pages

Job Levels and Job Rates Pages – The Job Levels and Job rates pages have been updated for Bolt with a new look and usability improvements.

Reports

Punch Report – The Punch report is now available in the Flexible Data Exports report section.

Changes from Agile Classic

Below is a list of some of the changes and improvements from Agile Classic to Agile Bolt.

Express Implementation Portal

  • Time Category Groups (TCGs) can now be assigned directly from the Time Category section when creating or modifying time categories
  • Customized Work Rules, Accrual Groups, and ESS Groups can be hidden or displayed using a toggle
  • A notes field is now available for each Work Rule and Accrual Group, including custom work rules and accrual groups
  • Qualifications have been added to the Work Rule premium configuration
  • A Bonus tab has been added to the Work Rule configuration, allowing a Washup Bonus to be configured from the Portal
  • Maximum paid hours has been added to all averaging calculation types in the (Stat) Holiday configuration page
  • Maximum number of carry over hours has been added to the Accrual Package configuration
  • Geofence configuration has been improved:
    • Geofence configuration now uses Google Maps
    • Addresses or locations can now be searched directly from within the Portal
    • The map pin can be easily moved using drag and drop
    • The geofence radius can adjusted on the map using the mouse
  • Adding employees and importing balances from Excel is now supported even when an integration partner is configured
  • The User Manager screen now also supports the adjustment of Global Preferences for the system:
    • Default system preferences can be set
    • Preferences can be overridden for all users in the system
  • The Employee Overrides workflow has been improved in the Department Notification screen to allow the creation of overrides for multiple employees at once, by team, or by department
  • Teams and Qualifications can now be created and managed from the Manage Teams page within the Portal
  • Time Category Groups (TCGs) can now be created and managed from the Time Category Groups page within the Portal

  • The Employee Overrides workflow has been improved in the Department Notification screen to allow the creation of overrides for multiple employees at once, by team, or by department

Punch Errors

  • The Punch Errors page has been streamlined to remove unnecessary information and improve workflow
