Daily Shift Summary

Shows all of the rule-shift-daytype, notes,  punches and Time transaction for each shiftmatch within the selection parameters grouped by the Report Grouping Selections parameters. Time Category totals are provided for each of the selected groupings.

Daily Summary

Shows the sum of the duration and Memo Amounts for each employee, date, and Time Category and will optionally show Notes that are associated with the shift matches.

This report shows the detailed Time & Attendance transaction information for the selection of employees and date range.

Errors and Exceptions

This report shows the shift match date and, the errors and exceptions occurring on that date for the selection of employees, date range and Exception Group.

The report groups by home department and provides the option to show totals.

Daily Shift

This report shows the shift match record detail for all selected employees for the selected Date Range.

The report creates a page break for each Home Department.

Missed Punches

This report shows the punches that needed to be manually added by a supervisor and the number of missed punches for each employee in the selected employee list and date range.

Pay Period Summary

Shows Time & Attendance Time Category summary information (Duration, Memo Amount, and Wages) grouped by Home Department, employee.

The report shows a departmental total creates a Page Break for each Department.

The report also shows a Total for all departments on the last page of the report.

This report is a Cross Tab report that summarizes the Time and Attendance Duration, Dollar Amount and Memo Amounts based on the selection criteria.

Daily Signoffs

This report shows the record dates that have or have not been “Signed Off” and if signed off, which user did the “Sign Off”.

The report groups the information by Home Department and Employee.

This report shows summary of employee benefit accrual balances for the selected date range.

Daily Job Status

This report shows the actual and scheduled job punches for the selected date range and employees.

The report is grouped by Home Department, AppliesToDate, and Employee.

Note:

  • If the user does not have permission to Job Costing, then this report is not available.
  • If the user does not have permission to Scheduling, then the scheduled job transitions are not shown on this report.

Shows detailed accrual information for the selected employees. The Opening Date is the date used to determine the Opening Balance and Transaction Details.

This report shows the Current, Maximum Overdraft and Maximum Credit summary of accrual information for selected employees.

The report can be grouped on (Home) Department, Employee and Benefit.  This grouping is user definable through the Report Grouping Selection parameters.

Note: A font color shown in red – indicates that the current value is less than the warning limit..

Reports the work rules that have been assigned to the employee. Work rules are listed in order of most recent to earliest.

Audit of Activity on an Employee Report

This report shows the activity of data changes within the system for the selected

employees. 

You may choose to view All activity or only the activity related to; Employee,  General Configuration, Rule Configuration, Benefit Configuration, Transactions, Punches,

Audit of User Activity Report

This report shows the activity of data changes within the system for selected Users — Timezone Web or ESS users or both.

You may choose to view All activity or only the activity related to; Employee,  General Configuration, Rule Configuration, Benefit Configuration, Transactions, Punches,

Security, or Notifications.

Shows the badge history and assignment availability for all badges defined in the system.

Work Rules

This report details the Work Rule configuration, showing the rules, shifts, shift parameters, rounding, premiums and breaks for the selected sets of Work Rules.

Note:  You must select at least 1 work rule from the Work Rule filter parameter.

Punch Errors

This report shows the systems punch errors (based on selected type filter) that were polled on or after the selected date.

Scheduling

Schedule Posting with Labour Allocation

This report shows the schedules (including scheduled Labour Activities and Absences) that have been entered into the system for a selection of employees and date range. 

The report will count the number of shifts assigned, number of absences and provide the total duration for each day reported and Home Department

The report Page Breaks by Home Department.

Weekly Schedule Posting with Labour Allocation

This report is a weekly schedule posting report that shows all scheduled activity for selected Employees including the Opening Date value.

If the company has DA (Department Allocation) or Job Costing then the Jobs and Departments listed on the last day of the report will be shown.  Any scheduled activity for jobs or departments will be shown based on the parameter selection.

The report can be grouped by Home Department is required.

 It is based on Labour information selected (DA, Job or both), the dept/job listing is printed at the report footer.

Scheduled vs Actual Time

This data shown on this report is dependant upon the Parameter Selections made by the user.  For example, If the user elects to only show wages, then you will only see wages.

The data is divided into four columns (Employee and Date information, Scheduled information, Actual Information and Variance Information).

If a variance has a green font color then this means that the Scheduled activity has exceeded the actual activity and if the font color is red then the opposite has occurred.

The Scheduled Wage column is calculated when the report is executed and is the result of the Scheduled Duration multiplied by the selected Rate parameter. If the selected rate parameter is “Employee Rate” then the rate used in the calculation is the effective employee rate for the row date. If the selected rate parameter is “Department Rate” then the rate used in the calculation is the employee’s home department rate.

The report is group by Home Department and then by employee. Totals are available for each group and page breaks by Home Department are provided.

Scheduled vs Actual (Labor Allocation)

This data shown on this report is dependant upon the Parameter Selections made by the user.  For example, If the user elects to only show wages, then you will only see wages.

Reports Scheduled and Actual activities along with the differences between the two for the selected employees and date. This report is grouped by Home Department, Employee, Date. 

The scheduled average wage is determined by the scheduled work rule will be either (employee, current Department or current Job Rate) In the case that Rate Retention is null, the employee’s rate, Home Department or Default Job Rate are used.

The Actual average wage is the averaged effective rate from the labor transactions. 

The report is group by Home Department and then by employee. Totals are available for each group and page breaks by Home Department are provided.

Schedule Posting

Shows the schedules that have been entered into the system for selected employees and date range. This report will count the number of shifts assigned and provide the total duration for each day reported and Home Department.
