However, the user is restricted from pasting the schedule in the locked date cell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size\" id=\"masscopy\" style=\"color:#3b6eb7\"><strong>Copying Schedules Forward&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When copying schedules into the future, it\u2019s important to first select the employees whose schedules you want to copy, as well as the date range that you would like to copy. &nbsp;The Mass Copy function will copy the schedules of all employees visible in the grid forward, and each iteration will depend on the date range chosen (7 days, 14 days, etc.)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To copy schedules forward into the future:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the employees whose schedules you want to copy and forward to the employee selector.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The current week is selected by default. \u00a0If you would like to choose a different date range to copy, or to copy a multi-week rotation, select the appropriate dates in the Date selector\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the Actions dropdown at the top right, select Mass Copy&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the Mass Copy side panel, select the Target Start date (this will usually be the day immediately after the last day selected in the Date selector), and the number of Iterations you would like to copy (each iteration is the number of days selected in the date selector). &nbsp;The Target End date will be displayed&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Some additional options are displayed, such as overwriting any existing schedules and skipping scheduled absences and holidays\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click Copy to copy the schedules\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"474\" src=\"\/agile\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/07\/image-1-1024x474.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2725\" srcset=\"\/agile\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/07\/image-1-1024x474.png 1024w, \/agile\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/07\/image-1-300x139.png 300w, \/agile\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/07\/image-1-768x356.png 768w, \/agile\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/07\/image-1-50x23.png 50w, \/agile\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/07\/image-1-1536x711.png 1536w, \/agile\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/07\/image-1-60x28.png 60w, \/agile\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/07\/image-1-100x46.png 100w, \/agile\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/07\/image-1.png 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To copy a single schedule from one day to another:&nbsp; NOTE: User will not be able to copy: NOTE: User can copy the schedule from a locked date cell.
