When a record needs attention, the left \u201cActions\u201d window will allow you to manage Exceptions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It shows errors and exceptions for that day, as well as suggested fixes to help you quickly correct any records that require attention.  See below for a list of Suggested Fixes and what they do. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sign Off <\/td>Signs off on the record <\/td><\/tr>
Specify Absence <\/td>Choose the appropriate absence code for a full day absence <\/td><\/tr>
Add Punches <\/strong> <\/td>Use the Punches tab to manually add punches if the employee is not able to punch themselves <\/td><\/tr>
Pay to Schedule <\/td>Pays the employee as per their schedule by automatically adding In and Out punches <\/td><\/tr>
Worked through Lunch <\/strong> <\/td>Choose the appropriate time category if an employee worked through their lunch break after the break is automatically deducted <\/td><\/tr>
Add Absence Code For Late Entry <\/strong> <\/td>Choose the appropriate absence code for a late entry <\/td><\/tr>
Add Absence Code For Early Exit <\/strong> <\/td>Choose the appropriate absence code for an early exit  <\/td><\/tr>
Pay Late Exit Only  <\/td>Automatically pay the late exit <\/td><\/tr>
Pay Early Entry Only  <\/td>Automatically pay the early entry <\/td><\/tr>
Pay All Extra Time  <\/td>Automatically pay both the early entry and the late exit <\/td><\/tr>
Override Paid Time  <\/td>Override the paid start and paid end for the employee for that day <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
