Send a new message<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To send a message, user<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Clicks on Message Center icon appearing on the left-side main menu will open the Message Center Page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Clicks on button \u201c+  Message<\/strong>\u201d will open the new message window on right side<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. To send a new message, user must:\n
      \n
    1. Enter the recipients name (employees name) in the \u201cTo\u201d field. User can select the recipients name from the drop down or can also search for employees by typing their name in the \u201cTo\u201d field<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Enter Subject<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Enter Message. New message has a limit of 2000 characters<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Once all three fields are filled, it will enable the \u201cSend<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Once message is sent successfully, it will show the success toast \u201c You have successfully sent a message\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Send a message to departments or Teams <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      To send a message to departments or Teams, user can use the dept\/Team filter icon appearing next to the \u201cTo\u201d field. User can select the departments or Teams from the drop down by selecting the checkboxes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Cancel sending a message<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      To cancel a sending of a message, user can click on \u201cCancel<\/strong>\u201d button. It will show the confirmation dialog. Once user clicks on the \u201cContinue<\/strong>\u201d button appearing on the pop up, it will cancel the sending of a new message and user will remain on the Message center screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
