a message read or unread"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Unlike Unread tab, Inbox tab provides user two different ways to mark the messages unread \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Marking an individual message as unread:<\/strong> (applicable to Inbox tab only)\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on Message Center<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under inbox tab, click on one of the messages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On top left corner, click on \u201c<strong>Mark as Unread<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It will change the Center<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under inbox or unread tab, click on the checkboxes to select the messages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on \u201c<strong>Actions<\/strong>\u201d button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on either \u201c<strong>Mark all as read<\/strong>\u201d to mark the messages read OR \u201c<strong>Mark all as unread<\/strong>\u201d to mark the messaged
