New message<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Tap on the Message icon appearing on the home page:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

    2. Tap on button \u201c+ <\/strong>\u201d will take user to \u201cNew Message\u201d screen<\/p>\n\n\n

    3. To send a new message, user must<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Enter the recipients name (employees name) in the \u201cTo\u201d field. User can select the recipients name from the drop down or can also search for employees by typing their name in the \u201cTo\u201d field<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enter Subject<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enter Message. New message has a limit of 2000 characters<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      4. Once all three fields are filled, it will enable the \u201cSend<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. Once message is sent successfully, it will show the success toast \u201c You have successfully sent a message\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n

      Send a message to departments or Teams<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. To send a message to departments or Teams, user can use the dept\/Team filter icon appearing next to the \u201cTo\u201d field.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

        2. Tapping on Dept\/Teams Filter will open the Filters modal. To select department, user can tap on departments OR to select Teams, user will tap on Teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          3. From the drop-down menu, user can select as many departments\/Teams as user wants to<\/p>\n\n\n

          4. Once departments or teams are selected, user taps outside of the menu. User will see the selected departments name with x icon (tapping on x icon will delete the selected departments\/Teams)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Once department\/Teams selection is done, user taps on back arrow<\/p>\n\n\n

          5. Tap on x icon to close the Filters modal<\/p>\n\n\n

          6. In \u201cTo\u201d field, user will see the list of recipients belongs to the selected depts and Teams<\/p>\n\n\n
