{"id":3515,"date":"2024-09-05T17:43:35","date_gmt":"2024-09-05T17:43:35","guid":{"rendered":"\/agile\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=3515"},"modified":"2025-01-07T16:09:07","modified_gmt":"2025-01-07T16:09:07","slug":"mss-app-employee-info-in-attendance","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"\/agile\/knowledge-base\/mss-app-employee-info-in-attendance\/","title":{"rendered":"MSS Mobile App-View Employee info on attendance status"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>To view employee\u2019s full attendance status, user&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Taps on either \u201cView More\u201d link appearing in the Attendance Status card on home page OR can tap on the bottom navigation icon \u201cStatus\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On Attendance status screen, tap on the &gt; icon appearing next to status&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It will pop up the employee information modal showing\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>employee name (based on the employee format preferences)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>attendance status (In\/Out\/Absence\/Timecard\/Work to schedule)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>schedule hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>last punch (if there is no recent punch, it will show \u201cNo Recent Punches\u201d)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>department or jobs punches (if any)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It will also show message, call, and email icon.
