{"id":3529,"date":"2024-09-05T18:51:35","date_gmt":"2024-09-05T18:51:35","guid":{"rendered":"\/agile\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=3529"},"modified":"2025-01-07T16:26:18","modified_gmt":"2025-01-07T16:26:18","slug":"mss-app-accept-reject-the-employee-absence","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"\/agile\/knowledge-base\/mss-app-accept-reject-the-employee-absence\/","title":{"rendered":"MSS Mobile App: Accept\/Reject the Employee Absence"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>There are two ways to accept or reject the employee absence<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>User can either tap on \u201cView More\u201d or \u201cAbsences\u201d navigation icon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User can tap on \u201c&gt;\u201d on the pending absences appearing on homepage<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Via \u201cView More\u201d or \u201cAbsences\u201d navigation icon<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tap on&nbsp; \u201cView More\u201d or \u201cAbsences\u201d navigation icon. It will take user to Absence Approvals screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under Pending tab, tap on \u201c&gt;\u201d icon for one of the absences you want to approve\/reject. It will take user to Absence request details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On Absence request details, user can\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>View the absence detail card includes employee name, absence date range (time if partial absence), status as pending, Employee note (if any), and absence type<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approver can also add a note by tapping on \u201cAdd a note\u201d link<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View other employees absent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Button \u201cCheck Balance\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buttons \u201cReject\u201d and \u201cAccept\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User can click on either \u201cAccept\u201d to accept the absence OR \u201cReject\u201d to reject the absence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once absence is rejected\/accepted successfully, it will show the success toast message<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Via tap on \u201c&gt;\u201d on the pending absences appearing on homepage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When user taps on \u201c&gt;\u201d icon appearing next to pending absences on home page will take user directly to the absence request details screen.
