To add\/select the department name<\/strong>,  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Permission<\/strong>: \u201cFeatureDepartment Allocation\u201d permission <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If above permission is missing, user will not see department column on the grid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click in the cell under department column <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. A drop down will appear <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. From the drop down, user can select the department user worked in <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    OR<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If user has made previous few department selections, user will see recently selected FIVE departments name under Recent section in the department dropdown. User can select from \u201cRecent\u201d section as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    OR<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    User can also search for a department by typing department\u2019s name or number (based on user\u2019s preference) in the search box. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To select\/add the Job Costing,<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Required Permission<\/strong>: \u201cFeatureJob Costing\u201d permission <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If above permission is missing, user will not see job costing columns on the timesheet grid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click in the cell under customer\/project columns <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. A drop down will appear <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. From the drop down, user can select the costing name user worked in <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      OR<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If user has made previous few job-costing selections, user will see recently selected FIVE customer\/Project names under \u201cRecents\u201d section in the Customer or Project dropdown. User can select from \u201cRecent\u201d section as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      OR<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      User can also search for a customer or Project name by typing its name in the search box. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
