If ESS user has the same timesheet entries for the selected week as were in last week, ESS user can copy last week timesheet to the selected week rather than entering all durations manually. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Permission<\/strong>: WTS Copy Last Week <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To copy last week, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on Timesheet icon <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select a period week you want to enter the durations <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on button \u201cCopy Last week\u201d <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. It will populate last week\u2019s entries (including durations, department, job costing, WTS absences, extra time) to the selected period week and shows success toast message \u201cYou have successfully copied last week\u201d <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Copied cells will appear in blue background<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1.  To save the timesheet, user clicks on button \u201cSave\u201d <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      NOTE:<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Button \u201cCopy Last week\u201d will be disabled if user is trying to copy to a week that has lock date set.<\/em><\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. No information will be populated if last week has no entries<\/em><\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
