Approve a Timesheet <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

MSS users can approve the open or completed timesheets without errors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To approve a timesheet, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Click on Timesheet icon appearing in the main menu side bar <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. On timesheet page, select an ESS timesheet user from the Employee selector <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select a period week user wants to approve <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. MSS user can approve a timesheet  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. via Actions menu, select option \u201cApprove Timesheet<\/strong>\u201d Or <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Button \u201cApprove<\/strong>\u201d appearing at the end of Timesheet grid <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click on \u201cApprove<\/strong>\u201d to approve the timesheet
    <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    8. Once it is approved successfully, it will show a success toast message and refresh the timesheet grid with status \u201cApproved\u201d and disable the button \u201cApprove\u201d

      NOTE:<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Button \u201cApprove\u201d will only be enabled when there is no error in the timesheet.<\/em><\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. MSS user can approve the Open or Completed timesheets having no errors.<\/em><\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. MSS user can edit the approved timesheets. However, once edits are made to an approved timesheet, status of the timesheet will revert to \u201cOpen\u201d and MSS user must approve it again.<\/em><\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Reject a Timesheet <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        For any reasons, MSS user can also reject a timesheet. While rejecting a timesheet, user can add the message for ESS user.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        To Reject a timesheet, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click on Timesheet icon appearing in the main menu side bar <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. On timesheet page, select an ESS timesheet user from the Employee selector <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Select a period week user wants to reject <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Click on \u201cActions<\/strong>\u201d button <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. Select \u201cReject Timesheet<\/strong>\u201d option

          1. Clicking on \u201cReject Timesheet\u201d will show a dialog box where MSS user can enter any note for ESS user. (Adding note is completely optional)<\/em>

            1. Once note is added, click on \u201cSave\u201d <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. It will show the success toast message and refresh the grid with status \u201cRejected\u201d
