This page allows user to set the lock date for an employee. It allows user to set past, current, or future lock dates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set Lock Date <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like Legacy, user has the same functionality on Bolt to set the lock date. To set a lock date, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Click on Admin icon <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on \u201cRecord Lock Management\u201d option available under Admin menu <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. User can either select the checkboxes to select employes from the list appearing on Record Lock Management page Or from the Employee selector. Button \u201cSet Lock Date\u201d will be disabled if no employee is selected. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once employees are selected, button \u201cSet Lock Date\u201d will be enabled <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Select the date from the date picker <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1.  Click on button \u201cSet Lock Date<\/strong>\u201d <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. It will show the success toast message and refresh the grid with new lock date, under System Lock Date column, for the selected employees. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Future Lock Date: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          When user selects a future date as a lock date, user will get a confirmation dialog for future lock dates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          When the user clicks on Save, the selected future date is saved as a lock date for the selected employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
