\n From homepage weekly calendar view, user can view the various statuses and take actions on their shift swaps.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drop Shift<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\n To drop a shift from the dashboard calendar:\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. On Homepage, scroll down to the weekly calendar view
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Navigate to a week with the relevant shift (unless it is in the current week)

  3. Click on the relevant shift
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. On pop-up, user can add a note and click on \u201cDrop Shift<\/strong>\u201d

  5. Click on \u201cConfirm\u201d to drop the shift

  6. User will see success toast message once it is dropped successfully and schedule will change to status \u201cAwaiting Pickup\u201d

    Cancel Shift Drop<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    \n To cancel the shift-drop from the dashboard calendar,\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. On Homepage, scroll down to the weekly calendar view
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Navigate to a week user has a dropped shift and wants to cancel (unless it is in the current week)

    3. Click on the dropped shift

    4. To cancel the shift drop, click on button \u201cCancel Shift Drop<\/strong>\u201d

    5. Click on \u201cConfirm\u201d to confirm the cancellation of shift drop

    6. User will see the success toast message and shows the schedule in the calendar

      Cancel Shift Pickup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      \n ESS user can cancel a picked-up shift from the dashboard weekly calendar. To cancel a shift from dashboard weekly calendar:\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. On Homepage, scroll down to the weekly calendar view
        <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Navigate to the week that contains the relevant shift
        <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click on a shift with status \u201cPending Approval\u201d

      4. Click on button \u201cCancel Shift Pickup<\/strong>\u201d

      5. Click on \u201cConfirm\u201d

      6. User will see success toast message once shift picked up is cancelled successfully and it will show the empty cell in the calendar

        NOTE: From Dashboard weekly calendar view, user cannot view the shifts available for pickup. User must go to Calendar tab to view the available shifts and select the \u201cPickup Shifts\u201d checkbox.<\/em><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
