View Shift Swap Request<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\n User can view the shift swap request by either clicking anywhere in the row of a request user wants to view. Otherwise, user can view the request via Action Context menu.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n To view the request,\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Click on the Shift Swap Approvals card appearing on home dashboard
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the three dot icon under Actions column for the relevant pending request
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on View Request

  4. A pop up will appear with shift swap request details

    On Shift Swap Request Details pop up, MSS user can view the Date, Shift time, Dropping employee name, Requesting Employee name, Other requesters name (if any, else blank column), Notes of Dropper and Requester and 2 buttons \u2013 Accept and Reject.

    NOTE:<\/em><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Buttons \u201cAccept\u201d and \u201cReject\u201d will appear only for pending requests.<\/em><\/strong>
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Other Requesters column will only appear if there are more than one pending request for same shift. Otherwise, this field will be hidden<\/em><\/strong>
      <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Accept Shift Swap Request<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      \n To accept the shift swap request, user can either directly click anywhere in the row of a request user wants to accept or can accept it via Actions menu.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Accept Request Via View Request:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click anywhere in the row of a request user wants to Accept or click on 3-dot icon under Actions
        <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click on \u201cView Request<\/strong>\u201d

      3. On Shift Swap Request details, click on button \u201cAccept<\/strong>\u201d

      4. It will show the success toast message once it is accepted successfully and refreshes the grid

        Accept Request Via Actions Menu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        \n To accept a request via Actions menu,\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click on 3-dot icon under Actions column for a request user wants to Accept

        2. Click on button \u201cAccept<\/strong>\u201d

        3. User will see Undo Action timer at the bottom

          If the user wants to undo the accept action, user can click on undo to cancel the approving action.

        4. It will show the success toast message once it is accepted successfully and refreshes the grid

          Reject Shift Swap Request<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          \n To reject the shift swap request, user can either directly click anywhere in the row of a request user wants to reject or can Reject it via Actions menu.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Reject Request Via View Request:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          1. Click anywhere in the row of a request user wants to Reject or click on 3-dot icon under Actions

            1. Click on 3-dot icon under Actions column for a request user wants to Reject
              <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Click on button \u201cReject<\/strong>\u201d

              If user wants to undo the accept action, user can click on undo to cancel the rejecting action.

              NOTE: Undo action will only appear If user is accepting or rejecting the shift swap request via Actions> Accept or Reject option. User cannot undo the action if accepting or rejecting the request via View Shift Details.<\/em><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Email Notifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
