\n This feature enables MSS user to add the time category department filtering. User can assign the time categories to single or multiple departments at the same time.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Permission<\/strong>: FeatureDepartment TC Filtering\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assign Time Categories to Single Department<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\n To assign a time categories to a single department,\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Click on Admin menu on left-side dashboard
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on Configuration Page
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on Dept. Work Rules Filtering menu
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select the Department name

  5. Select the checkboxes for the time categories you want to add

  6. Click on \u201cSave Changes<\/strong>\u201d

  7. Click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d appearing on the confirmation dialog

  8. It will show the success toast message and department name will appear in bold and show the assigned time categories under Time Categories grid.

    NOTE:<\/em><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Departments having no added time categories filtering will appear in normal text. Whereas departments having added time categories filtering will appear in bold style.<\/em><\/strong>
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Toggle \u201cShow Assigned Only\u201d will remains disabled for the departments with no assigned time category filtering.<\/em><\/strong>
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. User can sort the Time category Name column.<\/em><\/strong>
      <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Assign Time Categories Filtering to Multiple Departments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      \n To assign a time categories to multiple departments,\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. Click on Admin menu on left-side dashboard
        <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click on Configuration Page
        <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click on Department Time Category Filtering menu
        <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Click on \u201cAssign Departments<\/strong>\u201d

      5. Select the departments user wants to assign time categories by selecting the checkboxes

      6. Now, select the checkboxes to add time categories filtering to selected department

      7. Click on \u201cSave Changes<\/strong>\u201d

      8. Click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d appearing on confirmation dialog

      9. It will show the success toast message and refreshes the department list and show the department names in bold.
