Exports can be performed on different configured payroll providers. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  Before initiating an export, the system performs several validations including:\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensuring all required signoffs (Daily\/Period) are completed.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timesheet signoff errors.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirming there is no overlap with the system lock date.<br>  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  Once the export is successfully completed, the system lock date is updated to the last day of the exported period. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Export a Payroll<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  To export a payroll, follow the below steps:\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  <br><strong>Step 1: Select Pay Period Range<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the Pay Period dropdown to choose a pay period.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The dropdown displays the current pay period and two previous periods. By default, previous pay period is selected.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If user wants to select the start and end date manually, user must enable the system setting- <strong>OverridePeriodDates<\/strong>.<br>  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2: Select Employees<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>User can select one or more employees, select employees from departments or Teams or both.<br>  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3: Select Payroll Settings<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select a <strong>Period Group<\/strong> from the drop-down. As on payroll export page, these fields will be locked. To edit, user must click on \u201cStart Over\u201d.<\/em><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on \u201c<strong>Next\u201d<\/strong> to move to the export the payroll.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Here, you can only view (not edit):<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employee Number<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Period Group<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payroll Provider<br>  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 6: Check Payroll File Section <\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>User can view payroll provider name and total number of employees<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employees ready for export<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employees cannot be exported (due to errors or missing signoffs)<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If an employee is already exported or has a lock date, a toggle \u201c<strong>skip exported employees<\/strong>\u201d appears. By default, toggle will be turned on.<br>  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 7: Fix Errors (If Needed)<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If there are validation errors (e.g., missing signoffs), user will see a button \u201c<strong>Fix Errors<\/strong>\u201d and button \u201c<strong>Export<\/strong>\u201d will be disabled (only if all selected employees have errors)<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the grid, user can view the errors under Status column.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on \u201c<strong>Fix Errors\u201d<\/strong> to resolve them before <strong>Export<\/strong> button will be enabled.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clicking on button <strong>Export<\/strong> will show a confirmation dialog box.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Status column will
