User must enable the system settings to view those errors on payroll page.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>System Settings:<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  To view timecard\/ Daily signoffs, enable the system setting <strong>bDailySignoff<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  To view period signoff errors, enable the system setting <strong>bPeriodSignoff<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  To fix the errors, follow below steps:\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1: Select Pay Period Range<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Use the Pay Period dropdown to choose a pay period.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The dropdown displays the current pay period and two previous periods. By default, previous pay period is selected.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If user wants to select the start and end date manually, user must enable the system setting- <strong>OverridePeriodDates<\/strong>.<br>  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2: Select Employees<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>User can select one or more employees, select employees from departments or Teams or both.<br>  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3: Select Payroll Settings<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select a <strong>Period Group<\/strong> from the drop-down. As on payroll export page, these fields will be locked. To edit, user must click on \u201cStart Over\u201d.<\/em><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on \u201c<strong>Next\u201d<\/strong> to move to the export the payroll.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Here, you can only view (not edit):\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employee Number<br>      <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Period Group<br>      <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payroll Provider<br>      <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 6: Check Payroll File Section <\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>User can view payroll provider name and total number of employees<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employees ready for export<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employees cannot be exported (due to errors or missing signoffs)<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If an employee is already exported or has a lock date, a toggle \u201c<strong>skip exported Employees<\/strong>\u201d appears. Common issues include Missing period approval or Employees locked from signing due to lock date restrictions.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the affected employees and sign off the period.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once all errors are fixed, return to the payroll export screen.<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" Signoff<\/strong> button will appear.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on <strong>Timesheet Signoff<\/strong> to navigate to the Homepage with Timesheet Signoff card selected by-default.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A list of employees with missing signoffs is displayed and toggle.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on View Timesheet to enter the entries Or click on Signoff to signoff the timesheet.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once all errors are fixed, return to the payroll export screen.<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" on the payroll export page.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The system updates the error count for Period Signoff and Timecard Editor.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If all errors are resolved, user can proceed with all errors are resolved.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once all issues are addressed, click <strong>Export<\/strong> to process payroll.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The status updates to &#8220;Exported,&#8221;
