\n Reports enable Admin users to export the employee reports in different formats.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Report Categories<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Formatted Report List:<\/strong> This list contains subset of reports. User can generate and export reports related to employee attendance, scheduling, and payroll data.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flexible Data Exports:<\/strong> This includes Employee and Transactions data exports. User can export these reports in excel and csv format along with duration format.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Formatted Data Exports: <\/strong>This section provides specific reports like Accrual Summary Excel and other reports based on the assigned permissions.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Report Formats<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\n Bolt supports only 3 formats for Formatted Report list \u2013 Excel, PDF, and HTML. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n User can export formatted and flexible data reports in Excel and CSV format.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Export Report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\n User can follow below steps to export a report:\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Navigate to the Reports Section<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to MSS Web.
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the left sidebar menu, click on Reports<\/strong> to access the Report Center.
    <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Select a Report<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. In the Report Center<\/strong>, expand the relevant category (e.g., Time and Attendance<\/strong>).
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on the desired report type, such as Pay Period Summary<\/strong>.
      <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Step 3: Select General Details and Preferences<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. Select Employees:<\/strong> Choose a specific group of employees or all employees, departments or Teams.
        <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Set the Date Range:<\/strong> Select the start and end dates for the report.
        <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Choose Time Category Group:<\/strong> Select the time category group from the drop-down menu.
        <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Exclude Time Category Groups: <\/strong>Select any exclusions. Otherwise, by-default it is set to None.
        <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Set Preferences:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • User can select the original preference as set by system OR user can create new preference by clicking on \u201c+\u201d<\/strong> icon.
          <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Define how data should be grouped (e.g., Department, Employee, Grand Totals).
          <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Step 4: Choose the Output Format<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Click on the Output Format<\/strong> dropdown menu.
            <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Select the desired format (e.g., HTML, PDF, or Excel<\/strong>).
            <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Step 5: Export the Report<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Click the Export<\/strong> button.
              <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. The system will generate the report in the selected format.
              <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Report Preview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              \n Once report is exported, user can access it in the download folder. Below is the Pay Period Summary report\u2019s PDF preview:\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n User can view the report title, date range, and timestamp report was exported.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
