Each time category, such as &#8220;Paid Accrued,&#8221; &#8220;Unpaid Break,&#8221; &#8220;Vacation (Unpaid),&#8221; or &#8220;Commute Expense,&#8221; includes attributes like:\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sort order <br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flags to indicate if the time is Paid, a Memo, counts as an Absence, or qualifies as a Premium<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Options to Export to Payroll, assign a Payroll Export Code, and include in Stat Averages<br>  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  Admin can easily add a new time category and <strong>edit or delete<\/strong> entries. User can also view the data based on the filter by checkboxes. It checks for And condition. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Advanced Options toggle<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  To view more advanced options, user can turn on the toggle \u201c<strong>Advanced Mode<\/strong>\u201d. It will show an active column at the end of the existing list of time categories.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Enter the required fields (description, sort order) and optional fields can be left blank.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Click on \u201c<strong>Save<\/strong>\u201d .
