{"id":7256,"date":"2025-08-01T18:16:12","date_gmt":"2025-08-01T18:16:12","guid":{"rendered":"\/agile\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=7256"},"modified":"2025-08-01T18:16:16","modified_gmt":"2025-08-01T18:16:16","slug":"it51-buzzer-bell-schedule-configuration","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"\/agile\/knowledge-base\/it51-buzzer-bell-schedule-configuration\/","title":{"rendered":"IT51 \u2013 Buzzer\/Bell schedule configuration"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In order to create or adjust the buzzer or bell schedule directly from the clock, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access the clock by using a card or PIN of a clock supervisor level account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the Supervisor menu, select Exit App to restart the device<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As the device restarts and the Synerion logo is displayed with a progress bar, click on the gear icon at the bottom right of the screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When prompted, enter the supervisor PIN<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Terminal Setup menu, select Application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Application menu, select Setup (Synerion Agile)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Relay Schedules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Configure relay schedules menu, select Configure relay times\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The number of existing relay schedules is shown in brackets to the right<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Add relay time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the Enter relay on time menu, set the time to the time the buzzer or bell should start ringing (example: 7:00:00am)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Times should be set using 24h time (7:00:00pm = 19:00:00)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Next<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the Enter relay off time menu, set the time to the time the buzzer or bell should stop ringing (example: 7:00:05am if the buzzer or bell should ring for five (5) seconds.)\u00a0 Adjust the \u2018Off Time\u2019 as needed based on your requirements\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Times should be set using 24h time (7:00:00pm = 19:00:00)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Next<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the Select the day(s) of week menu, select the days of the week this schedule should apply to using the buttons to the right of the days of the week.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Next<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the Select the relay to control menu, select the IO board and relay that is connected to the clock (typically IO board 1 relay 1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Next<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create the rest of the schedule by repeating steps 9 through 17<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Relay Times can not be modified \u2013 if a change is required, the schedule needs to be deleted and recreated with the proper configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relay Time schedules can be deleted by selecting the relay schedule from the menu, and clicking Delete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In order to create or adjust the buzzer or bell schedule directly from the clock, follow these steps: Relay Times can not be modified \u2013 if a change is required, the schedule needs to be deleted and recreated with the proper configuration.
