However, user can mark them inactive.<\/em><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Unlike Legacy, Bolt selects the Supervisor and Admin in the user drop down by-default instead of All.<\/em><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>New fields- Tooltip and Description are added in the Bolt.<\/em><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Since Admin user has the visibility to all the departments by default, instead of showing the department tress structure, Bolt shows the info banner \u201cAdministrator can see all the departments.\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inactive Users<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  Once the user account is marked as inactive, it will no longer appear in the users list on the right side. However, user can view all the inactive user accounts by enabling the toggle \u201cShow inactive users\u201d. User can update the preferences in different preferences in the system.
