\n To add the qualification,\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n Navigate to Manage Teams menu under Admin section of the Express implementation portal\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n Click on button \u201c+ Add Qualification<\/strong>\u201d\n \n On the pop up, select the qualification type from the drop down and provide a name\n \n Click \u201cSave\u201d \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n \n Once the qualification is created, user can assign single or multiple employees, departments, or Teams.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n \n To assign the employees,\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n \n Navigate to Manage Teams menu under Admin section of the Express implementation portal\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n Selecting the Qualification user wants to assign the employees will display the employee grid on right side of the screen\n \n Click on button \u201cAssign<\/strong>\u201d appearing on the top right corner of the employee grid\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n A side drawer will open where user can select an individuals, department, or Teams to assign a qualification. Start Date and End Date are optional.\n \n Once employees are selected, button \u201cConfirm Assign<\/strong>\u201d gets enabled\n \n Clicking on \u201cConfirm Assign<\/strong>\u201d will assign the employees to a qualification. It shows the success toast message and refreshes the employee grid with list of assigned employees\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n NOTE: <\/em><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n User can assign a qualification to a specific department, Teams, or individuals.<\/em><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n Start date and End date are optional. But if user has provided one of those dates, user must provide the other date as well.<\/em><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n \n User can unassign employees in two ways \u2013 individual or multiple employees\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n \n Navigate to Manage Teams menu under Admin section of the Express implementation portal\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n Selecting the Qualification user wants to unassign the employees will display the employee grid on right side of the screen\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n Under Actions column, Click on 3-dot icon (\u2026) next to employee name (for an employee user wants to delete)\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n Click on \u201cDelete\u201d option\n \n It will show a success toast message and remove the employee from the list\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n \n Navigate to Manage Teams menu under Admin section of the Express implementation portal\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n Selecting the Qualification user wants to unassign the employees will display the employee grid on right side of the screen\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n Click on button \u201cUnassign<\/strong>\u201d\n \n Clicking on \u201cunassign\u201d will show the checkboxes followed by employee name and buttons \u201cCancel\u201d and \u201c Confirm Unassign\u201d\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n Select the checkboxes for employees user wants to unassign\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n Once one or more checkboxes are selected, button \u201cConfirm Unassign\u201d will be enabled\n \n When user clicks on button \u201cConfirm Unassign\u201d, it will show the success toast message and refresh the grid and remove the unassigned employees from the employee grid.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n \n Toggle \u201cShow Rank\u201d enables the user to view the rank of employees. This toggle is disabled, and Rank column is hidden by-default for qualification types other than Seniority.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n \n If user selects \u201cSeniority<\/strong>\u201d type qualification, this toggle will be enabled by-default and show the Rank column, sorted in ascending order, under Employee grid. User can turn the toggle on or off for any type of qualifications though. User can also sort the rank column in ascending or descending order.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n \n When toggle \u201cShow Rank\u201d is off\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n \n When toggle \u201cShow Rank\u201d is on\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" This page allows user to create the qualifications and assign\/unassign the employees to qualification groups.
