Synerion Agile does not require an app.<\/p>\n<p>Open your web browser (safari, Chrome, etc.) on your phone<\/p>\n<p>Type in your normal company URL<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/<em>companyname<\/em>.synerionagile.com<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-137\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/login.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"195\" height=\"350\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The remember me will already be checked.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-128\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/add-to-homescreen.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"194\" height=\"350\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once you log in you will be prompted at the bottom to add this to your home screen. Just click and go&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Employee Status<\/h2>\n<p>View the status of your employees in a snapshot.<\/p>\n<p>By selecting &#8220;Expected IN&#8221; you will filter the list by only those employees who are scheduled or expected to be at work at the current day\/time<\/p>\n<p>Click on relevant icon to reach the employee by email, SMS or mobile phone<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-131\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Employee-status.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"305\" height=\"549\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Company Directory<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Gives the ability to have a company phone list right at your fingertips<\/li>\n<li>Search for the relevant employee on top<\/li>\n<li>Press on the relevant icon to reach them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-130\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/employee-directory.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"345\" height=\"622\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Absence Approvals<\/h2>\n<p>See a list of absence pending your approval in a summary view<\/p>\n<p>Switch between pending, accepted and rejected requests<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-127\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/absence-list.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"304\" height=\"546\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click on a row to view more details<\/p>\n<p>Check the balance, and future scheduled absences and then take action !<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-126\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/absence-approval.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"305\" height=\"541\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Approve or reject the absence<\/p>\n<p>Leave a note to explain your decision<\/p>\n<h2>Errors &amp; Exceptions<\/h2>\n<p>The Synerion Agile mobile app allows manager to fix the most common issues directly from your mobile.<\/p>\n<p>Missing punches, Approving Extra \/ Missing Time, dealing with absences<br \/>\nSimply review the details, apply a fix and review the details<br \/>\nSignoff and move on\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-138\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/main-menu-eE.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"326\" height=\"579\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Errors &amp; Exceptions Summary view<\/h3>\n<p>Sorted list by employee by date based on severity<\/p>\n<p>Click on any row to deal with an exception<\/p>\n<p>Shows signed off exceptions at the bottom of the list<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-145\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/eE-summary-view-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"275\" height=\"493\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Exception Details Page<\/h3>\n<p>Once you select an exception to deal with, you pull up the exception details page<\/p>\n<p>It shows all relevant information about the time record<\/p>\n<p>It provides list of relevant fixes for the issues<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-132\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/exceptions-detail.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"294\" height=\"527\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The example above shows a case where an employee stayed extra time at work and left late<\/p>\n<p>The application gives you the ability to say:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>I don&#8217;t want to pay the person the extra time so just sign off as it is&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Pay Late Exit &#8211; which will pay the person the extra time (1:00 in this case)<\/li>\n<li>Pay the person a portion of the extra time &#8211; by doing manual override of paid time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-135\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/fix.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"293\" height=\"527\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In this example above an employee was scheduled to work 13:30 hours and didn&#8217;t show up for work.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>You can signoff &#8211; meaning don&#8217;t pay the person at all &#8211; they weren&#8217;t at work<\/li>\n<li>You can specify an absence by telling the system which absence code to allocate the absence to<\/li>\n<li>You can add punches in the event the person simply forgot to punch<\/li>\n<li>You can pay them according to their schedule<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><b>Fix Page<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Once you have chosen the course of action for particular error or exception, the next page will be actually applying the fix to the record. Some examples are shown below:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-134\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/fix-punch.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"301\" height=\"540\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The example above illustrates the &#8220;Add Punches&#8221; fix, where the user can specify time and type of the punch and recalculate the record.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-133\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/fix-absence.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"303\" height=\"543\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The example above shows the specify absence fix.<\/p>\n<p>The user takes the absence hours and specifies a corresponding absence code.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Review Page<\/h3>\n<p>After applying the fix, the user has a chance to review the recalculated record, to ensure they made the correct fix.<\/p>\n<p>If a change is required the user can press edit to change the specifics of the fix chosen<br \/>\nChanges are highlighted in blue<\/p>\n<p>If everything is ok the user presses Signoff and is brought back to the list<br \/>\nThe signed off record will appear at the bottom of summary list<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-139 alignleft\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/review-absence.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"306\" height=\"545\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-140\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/review-late.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"272\" height=\"491\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Two examples are shown for review&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Glossary of fixes:<\/h3>\n<p><em>Specify absence<\/em>: Allocate the time to an absence code<\/p>\n<p><em>Add Punches<\/em>: Add or modify the day\u2019s punches<\/p>\n<p><em>Pay to schedule<\/em>: Modify the pay start\/end to be equal to the schedule start \/ end<\/p>\n<p><em>Add absence code for Early Exit\/Late Entr<\/em>y: Assign the missing time to an absence code<\/p>\n<p><em>Pay Late Exit \/ Early Entry<\/em> : Pay the person the extra time because you asked them to come in early or leave late<\/p>\n<p><em>Override paid time:<\/em> Adjust how much you pay employee by modifying paid start\/end<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Advanced notes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The E&amp;E exceptions list which is visible in the mobile is based on exception group called \u201cMSS\u201d exception group- and can be customized by the customer<\/li>\n<li>In the case of an absence, the \u201cPay to Schedule\u201d fix will actually generate an IN and an OUT punch per schedule and then set it the Paid Start\/End<\/li>\n<li>If a shift match has more than 1 exception, the application will allow users to deal with one exception and then present an option to \u201cdeal with additional exceptions\u201d without returning to the list and before signoff<\/li>\n<li>The \u201cRemember Me\u201d will create the persistent session cookie for 90 days by default (for security reasons).
