To improve usability, two new suggested fixes are introduced in both <strong><u>Dashboard<\/u><\/strong> and <strong>Timecard Editor (TCE)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When Missing In, <strong>new suggested fix is Pay to Schedule Start <\/strong>along with existing fix \u2013 Add Punches)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When Missing Out, <strong>new suggested fix is Pay to Schedule End <\/strong>along with existing fix \u2013 Add Punches)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: These two new suggested fixes do not apply to rules having no schedule start and end time (i.e. Open rule).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How it works?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From Error &amp; Exceptions (if any) appear only after errors are resolved. Fixing errors or exceptions in the Error &amp; Exceptions dashboard also updates them in the Timecard Editor (TCE). To learn how to fix errors and exceptions <a href=\"#_How_Errors_and\">click here<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Are the suggested fixes in any particular order?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No, suggested fixes are available based on the error and exception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Does it remember my previous fix?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No, there is no way to track the previous fixes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why does it sign off the record in some cases and not in other?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When suggested fix is applied and returned any error or exception which has suggested fixes, it will not signoff the record. Otherwise, it will sign off the record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How can I undo a fix?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no way to undo the fix unless there is a manual edit on a shift match which can be removed by the destructive recalc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When do I need to \u201cView in Timecard\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When there are no suggested fixes on the E&amp;E tab, user can view in timecard editor to view the records. In addition to it, you can use \u201cView in Timecard\u201d to see all records for an employee within the selected pay period, not based on the selected filter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can I fix Timesheet employees?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No. Timesheet employees are excluded. Errors &amp; Exceptions tab supports only timecard records with errors. A tooltip in the employee selector indicates if a timesheet employee is selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do I need to fix the errors first than exceptions?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes. Errors take priority over exceptions. If a record has both, only the error is shown first. Once resolved, remaining exceptions or other errors will appear, if any.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can I filter the errors &amp; exceptions shown here?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes. Use the Errors &amp; Exceptions dropdown filter to view specific error or exception types. By default, it selects the error having higher number of records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can I fix by one department or team at a time?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes.
