Here you can manage Absence Requests for your employees and yourself.
- Log into Synerion Enterprise.
- Click on the Absence Request tab
3. The Absence Management screen is launched.
4. You have two display options, Calendar View or List View.

Note: List View allows you to see more details on the absence requests due to the different screen layout. To control this just click the Columns button beside the Calendar View button and the column selection screen will appear. Uncheck the ones you don’t wish to see and click OK.
You will now see the updated Columns.
5. You can further refine what you’re seeing on screen by using the Advanced Filter. Click on the window pane button on the right side of the screen.
This brings up the Advanced Filter menu where you have various options to filter the Absence Requests being displayed.
