February 2026 Release – Key Features

Step Rates

Multi-group support – Groups of employees can now be configured with different step rate calculation methods using parameter files for each group.

Months/Years of service – Step rate calculations can now be made based on months of service (example 0-12 months, 12-36 months) or years of service (example 0-1.5 years, 1.5-3 years).

Cost Center and Machine support – Step rates can now be calculated based on the sub-entity of TC Level 4 using the Cost Center or Machine.

Initial Value import – Step rate initial value can now be imported via the API and the Master Adapter.

APIs

New APIs – Several new APIs have been added, such as:

  • POST Employee default jobs import
  • GET Absence request status
  • GET Profession
  • GET Primary and secondary system language
  • POST Step rate initial value import

Enhanced APIs – There are also several enhancements to existing APIs:

  • POST Employee – added address fields
  • POST Employee – auto-insert missing lookups for Profession field
  • GET TC Levels – added Level and Active Only filters
  • POST Punches – added latitude and longitude coordinates

Reports

Security for RGV Views – RGV View based reports now support organization and TC-based security.

Report Generator enhancements – Several enhancements have been made, such as Ascii file support, leading zeros, align to right, reverse string, and re-export of new employees.  In addition, a category filter for CSV exports has been added for TCDAY, Daily, TCPER and Period report, and CSV exports using a semi-colon column separator no longer removes commas from fields.

Other Reports – A new Scheduling – Shift Offer/Trade report has been added, and additional fields have been added to the Forecasted Balance Report Combined.
