How to Clear Cookies for a Specific Browser

Cookies are small files stored by websites on your browser to remember preferences, login details, and other data. If you’re experiencing issues with Synerion website, clearing its cookies can help resolve them.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click on the three-dot menu (⁝) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Navigate to Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data.
  5. Click See all site data and permissions.
  6. In the search bar, type the name of the website.
  7. Click the trash can icon next to the site’s cookies and confirm deletion.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click the menu button (≡) in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  3. Go to Privacy & Security.
  4. Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  5. Click Manage Data….
  6. Search for the website in the search box.
  7. Select the website and click Remove Selected.
  8. Click Save Changes and confirm.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Click the three-dot menu (⁝) in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  3. Navigate to Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data.
  4. Click See all cookies and site data.
  5. Use the search bar to find the website.
  6. Click the trash icon next to the website’s cookies to delete them.

Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Safari in the top menu bar and select Settings (or Preferences).
  3. Go to the Privacy tab.
  4. Click Manage Website Data….
  5. Search for the website.
  6. Select it and click Remove.
  7. Click Done.

Opera

  1. Open Opera.
  2. Click the three-dot menu (≡) in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  3. Go to Privacy & Security.
  4. Click Cookies and other site data.
  5. Select See all cookies and site data.
  6. Search for the website and click Delete.

After clearing cookies, reload the website. You may need to log in again or reconfigure some of the preferences.
