Logging Out and Logging in the Mobile App

Step-by-step instructions for logging out and logging back into the app to resolve connectivity and performance-related issues.

Applicable to all users experiencing slow performance, loading errors, or connectivity problems while using the app.

Step 1: Log Out of the App

  • Open the app on your device.
  • Navigate to the Settings or Profile menu.

  • Locate the Settings icon.

  • Tap Sign out at the end of the screen.

  • Close the app completely (force close if necessary).

Step 2: Clear Cache (Optional)

If the app continues to experience issues, clear the cache before logging back in.

For Android:

  • Go to your device’s Settings.
  • Tap Apps or Application Manager.
  • Select the app from the list.
  • Tap Storage & Cache.
  • Choose Clear Cache (do not select Clear Data unless instructed by support).

For iPhone:

  • Open Settings.
  • Scroll down and tap General.
  • Select iPhone Storage.
  • Find and tap the app.
  • Tap Offload App (this clears temporary data without deleting essential information) or uninstall and reinstall the app if needed.

Step 3: Log Back into the App

  • Reopen the app.
  • Enter your username and password.
  • Tap Log In.
  • Verify that the issue has been resolved.

Troubleshooting

  • If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password option to reset it.
  • If the issue persists, delete the App and install it again.
  • Contact support if problems continue after following these steps.
