Step-by-step instructions for logging out and logging back into the app to resolve connectivity and performance-related issues.

Step 1: Log Out of the App
- Open the app on your device.
- Navigate to the Settings or Profile menu.
- Locate the Settings icon.
- Tap Sign out at the end of the screen.
- Close the app completely (force close if necessary).
Step 2: Clear Cache (Optional)
If the app continues to experience issues, clear the cache before logging back in.
For Android:
- Go to your device’s Settings.
- Tap Apps or Application Manager.
- Select the app from the list.
- Tap Storage & Cache.
- Choose Clear Cache (do not select Clear Data unless instructed by support).
For iPhone:
- Open Settings.
- Scroll down and tap General.
- Select iPhone Storage.
- Find and tap the app.
- Tap Offload App (this clears temporary data without deleting essential information) or uninstall and reinstall the app if needed.
Step 3: Log Back into the App
- Reopen the app.
- Enter your username and password.
- Tap Log In.
- Verify that the issue has been resolved.
