(Optional)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><em>If the app continues to experience issues, clear the cache before logging back in.<\/em>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For Android:<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to your device\u2019s <strong>Settings<\/strong>.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>Apps<\/strong> or <strong>Application Manager<\/strong>.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the app from the list.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>Storage &amp; Cache<\/strong>.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose <strong>Clear Cache<\/strong> (do not select Clear Data unless instructed by support).<br>  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For iPhone:<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open <strong>Settings<\/strong>.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down and tap <strong>General<\/strong>.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>iPhone Storage<\/strong>.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find and tap the app.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>Offload App<\/strong> (this clears temporary data without deleting essential information) or uninstall and reinstall the app if needed.<br>  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 3: Log Back into the App<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reopen the app.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your username and password.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>Log In<\/strong>.<br>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify that the issue has been resolved.<br>  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3
