\n You may approve or decline absence requests for your employees but not for yourself.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log into Synerion Enterprise.

  2. Click on the Open Absence Requests notification in the Control Panel.

    3. Click on the request you wish to approve or decline.

      4. If the requested absence code is tied to an Accrual you will see details on the absence code\u2019s balance and usage at the bottom of the list. Review to ensure there is sufficient balance.

        5. You may Approve, Decline, Edit or Delete an absence.

          <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n If you choose any option other than Approve you need to enter a note to explain the reason for not approving. The employee will then be able to see this note upon viewing the updated request.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n Once you choose the appropriate option an email will be sent to the employee and they may log in to view the status of their request.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
