\n From time to time you may need to extend the Pay Period lock. The most common reason is Stat Holidays where the lock falls on the holiday.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log into Synerion Enterprise.

  2. Click on the Admin tab.

    3. Start typing Profile in the search window, then click on Profile Editor when it appears below.

      4. Click on the magnifying glass and start typing the name of the profile you want in the Profile search bar. Select the profile when it appears.

        5. Click on the General tab on the left side.

          6. Locate the Cutoff Day section. The wording of this section isn\u2019t very clear but essentially this is where you set the day and time the system will stop allowing users with this profile from editing the previous pay period. Looking below you can see that the lock for this profile occurs 1 day after the end of the pay period at 12:00pm.

            7. Enter the new Cutoff Day in the Before current date field. Then enter the new cutoff time, if applicable, in the Cutoff Day start time field.

              8. Click Save
