{"id":4366,"date":"2026-03-09T14:55:51","date_gmt":"2026-03-09T14:55:51","guid":{"rendered":"\/enterprise\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=4366"},"modified":"2026-03-09T14:56:02","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T14:56:02","slug":"february-2026-release-key-features","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"\/enterprise\/knowledge-base\/february-2026-release-key-features\/","title":{"rendered":"February 2026 Release &#8211; Key Features"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><u>Step Rates<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Multi-group support \u2013 <\/strong>Groups of employees can now be configured with different step rate calculation methods using parameter files for each group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Months\/Years of service \u2013 <\/strong>Step rate calculations can now be made based on months of service (example 0-12 months, 12-36 months) or years of service (example 0-1.5 years, 1.5-3 years).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cost Center and Machine support \u2013 <\/strong>Step rates can now be calculated based on the sub-entity of TC Level 4 using the Cost Center or Machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Initial Value import \u2013 <\/strong>Step rate initial value can now be imported via the API and the Master Adapter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><u>APIs<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New APIs \u2013 <\/strong>Several new APIs have been added, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>POST Employee default jobs import<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GET Absence request status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GET Profession<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GET Primary and secondary system language <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>POST Step rate initial value import<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Enhanced APIs \u2013 <\/strong>There are also several enhancements to existing APIs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>POST Employee \u2013 added address fields<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>POST Employee \u2013 auto-insert missing lookups for Profession field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GET TC Levels \u2013 added Level and Active Only filters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>POST Punches \u2013 added latitude and longitude coordinates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><u>Reports<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Security for RGV Views \u2013 <\/strong>RGV View based reports now support organization and TC-based security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Report Generator enhancements \u2013<\/strong> Several enhancements have been made, such as Ascii file support, leading zeros, align to right, reverse string, and re-export of new employees.\u00a0 In addition, a category filter for CSV exports has been added for TCDAY, Daily, TCPER and Period report, and CSV exports using a semi-colon column separator no longer removes commas from fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Other Reports \u2013 <\/strong>A new Scheduling \u2013 Shift Offer\/Trade report has been added, and additional fields have been added to the Forecasted Balance Report Combined.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Step Rates Multi-group support \u2013 Groups of employees can now be configured with different step rate calculation methods using parameter files for each group.
