  1. Follow the steps from the Reviewing Notifications<\/strong> section, select Unapproved Records.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the record by clicking on it. You will know which record is selected because the whole row will be highlighted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Click on the Labor Costing tab of the Additional Data panel on the right.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Note:<\/strong> if you can\u2019t see the Additional Data panel click on the button.<\/p>\n

      1. Click on the arrow to expand the Actual Jobs window if not already done.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. You can see the total number of hours assigned to the costing entry.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          <\/p>\n

          1. To edit a costing entry simply click on it to highlight it and make the necessary changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Change the Start and End time of the Activity worked using the From and To times.<\/p>\n

            <\/p>\n

            Change the Costing Levels using the drop-down lists. If you don\u2019t see the option you want, click on View Full List to bring up the list of available options.<\/p>\n
