RG – Add Excel Totals option

Improvement

Report Generator – Added a new option for Excel to support “old style” totals.

English : Totals without breaks (XLSX Only)

When enabled –

• The total lines are separated from the data lines.
  
• The total lines contain formulas.
  

Notes

• This option does not support subtotals
