How to work with the Picklist

Step 1 – Click Add from Picklist

The Picklist is a tool designed to help you find employees to schedule. It works well in conjunction with availability preferences and qualifications. Try experimenting with different sets of criteria to find a query that works well for you.

How to work with the Picklist

Step 1 – Click Add from Picklist

Step 2 – Choose to search for either employees visible to your user account, or other employees.

Step 3 – Choose the type of criteria to use when searching for employees.

Step 4 – Choose relevant data and add it to the query.

Step 5 – Repeat the process for any other criteria you’d like to use.

Step 6 – Click Find.

Step 7 – From the resulting pool of employees, check those you’d like to schedule and click Apply.

Step 8 – Those employees have been added to the scheduling grid and can be scheduled.
