TCDAY Retro
TC Retro support – Changes to previously exported and closed payroll records from TCDAY that impact paid results can now be flagged and sent as retro adjustments via the export file or API.
Retroactive Absence Requests
Deleting Retroactive Absences – Users with delete permission in the Attendance screen (e.g. managers) can now delete retroactive absence requests directly from the Absence Request module regardless of the system setting.
APIs
New APIs – Several new APIs have been added, such as:
- GET Combined Rates
- POST Employee Number Change
Enhanced APIs – There are also several enhancements to existing APIs:
- GET TCDAY – added Costing/Billing/Rate 3, Total Costing/Billing/Cost3
- GET Employee – Added Direct Manager, Second First/Last Name, Emergency Name, Emergency Phone
- ADP – Memo Codes
- CGI – Added EMP_SENIORITY_DATE field mapping
Reports
Shift Offer/Trade Report – Colors have been added to the Shift Offer/Trade Report in Excel to improve legibility.
Edit Properties – All fields now have editable properties (like the Expressions fields currently) to support the transition from the legacy Import/Export utility to the Report Generator.
Negative Value Support – Negative values are now supported and will be displayed properly in reports.
